The Williamsburg Bar Association offers three types of membership: Active ($80), Judicial ($0), and Associate ($40). The Associate level includes paralegals, law students, legal secretaries, law firm administrators, and retired attorneys, among others. To join, apply online.

Active - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Licensed attorneys whose primary source of earned income is from the practice of law and who reside in or have their office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Judiciary - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Judges of the Circuit Court, District Courts, or Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, and shall include any retired Judge from any of the described courts.

Associate - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments Licensed and retired attorneys, law students, and non-lawyers who are currently employed as a paralegal, legal secretary, or law firm administrator by a lawyer, law office, governmental agency, or other entity who reside in or have an office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
